The Trent Valley Association of Churches will be hosting a First Nations Conference October 19th and 20th @ Selwyn Outreach Centre.

We are going to hear from First Nations scholars, leaders, residential school and 60’s scoop survivors.

We want to hear about the Doctrine of Discovery, the Royal Proclamation of 1763 and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, so that we might better understand the journey of reconciliation we are on.

We believe we’re being called to stand at the cross roads and ask ‘where the good way is?’ Join us as we explore our shared past and discover what it would look like to walk the good way together (Jeremiah 6:16)

Cost $75 (includes registration – 2 lunches and 2 dinners)
